Good weekend getaway from Blore
Amazing weekend getaway near Blr. The villas were amazing with ample space.
The food options were good and the evening bbq was fantastic. They also went over and above to accommodate some dietry requirements. There is no room service though

GREAT FOR A FAMILY VACATION.
We had our Family get together at Vama Retreats . Twenty three of us (of ages mid twenties to super seniors) were there for sixty hours over three nights.
Never a dull moment. Enough outdoor activities plus indoors in the Committee room which we had booked on two days.
The villas with 2 double rooms are well designed and laid out ( only one key for the main door of the Villa was a bit of a pain), specially the large common space outside the bed rooms.
Lots of outdoor for walking, cycling or such activities. Broad roads, patches of grass turf under development, small hillocks at a distance, all make it visually pleasing.
Food was very good catering to all tastes. Guests expected to drop their used plates and cutlery at designated spots, which is good. Only this place is a few steps down and negotiating these with plates on one hand not convenient. Handrails would have been of great help. Attention by the serving staff was excellent.
All places including rooms were clean and well maintained.
A very pet friendly resort. Separate counter exists for pet food!

A Piece of Heaven Tucked Away !
We went as a group and a fabulous time for the two days and nights we were there. The cottages were beautifully designed and well appointed. The Kitchen offered a sumptuous fare and the staff were excellent. The icing on the cake was to witness the Dog Show and participate in the Air Rifle range.

“GREAT CHOICE FOR FAMILIES AND PETS”
Staying at nice hotel while on vacation is a treat. Staying at VAMA while on vacation is a vacation by itself. This one is a destination in its own right, especially with their onsite multiple pools, adventure activities, indoor/outdoor games, rifle firing and a trek to the hill.
Some advantages :-
1/ Comfort and convenience. The villas sleep up to three people and include a full kitchen, fridge, internet and cable. There is room for the whole family and being able to prepare some of your beverages is great if you’re dealing with any dietary restrictions or just want to save a few coins. Vama also has charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the resort.
2/ Choice of activities. Vama offer so many entertainment options that you could easily spend your whole vacation without leaving the site. Vama has a resort and a water park, with two pools, and a splash pad for kids. But there’s so much more. Enjoy virtual golf, cycling, an open huge ground , jogging trail, Volleyball and more indoors. There is always something to do.
3/ Entertainment for all ages. While the kids are enjoying the splash pad, the adults can sit back and relax at the pool bar or in the garden. Vama also features dining options, including a buffet food court with a variety of choices, as well as a an open bar by the pool. The quality of food, the balance, the attention to details, the rotation, the cleanliness, and service is exemplary.
4/ Attractions transportation. There is scheduled transportation and some shuttle service. It is possible to park your car next to the villa main door.
5/ Vacation packages. From theme park packages to group packages, Vama has a variety of package options to save you money and suit your needs. They offer a range of room types to suit different needs and budgets. Standard rooms as well as preferred rooms that offer closer proximity to the resort's amenities, such as the pools and dining areas. Sports teams, family reunions, executive meetings, and corporate outings can all be accommodated.
Kudos to Joydeep and Ravindra for their astonishing food creation, as well as to the outdoor specialist Sushant for his memorable and outstanding trek activity. They are nothing less than true heroes !
Come informed, prepared, and ready to participate. This is an ideal place for a great photo opportunity.

Not for leisure - only for dog lovers
If you're a Dog lover go for sure...

While i am a dog lover but this was an experience not worth a repeat
You can't have dogs feeding at the same place as others while they need a space understood, humans need cleanliness and some air conditioning, open area for food in this weather, in a common dining is not appreciated.
Also, no room dining options plagued the comfort and finally the food is more than ordinary.
Not recommended without Dogs...
