Friendly Service, Very Clean Rooms, Good Amenities and Great Food

We were very happy with our stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very well maintained with good amenities. Comfortable bed and a great shower. The food was delicious and we could not hear the traffic from our room. It was a very comfortable stay and worth the price.

Pathetic service, air conditioning was kept debretly off for half the time , over priced, staff behaviour is too rude, limited breakfast served in room that too with no taste...
Room cleaning is not done properly, towel are dirty

Clean resting place in noisy city

Nice, clean hotel in the busy town of Katihar. White, clean atmosphere. Stairs to walk up and down if you want excercise. Food in the restaurant very good and nicely presented, even thought the restaurant was not that fancy looking.

Decent rooms, and good food. Friendly staff

This was second time I stayed with them. Rooms neat and clean, as always. Staff is very friendly, feels like talking to someone you meet in a long railway train journey., not a hotel staff.
Food is good. Besides the kitchen staff is always happy to cook for particular taste.

Probably the most well maintained in the city

Definitely its a clean hotel with all modern amenities which was pleasant surprise in Katihar. The location is near collectorate and court so anyone having some work there may find the hotel very convenient.the rooms are comfortable and the wifi connection works fine.however, the restaurant is small and people are expected to utilise room service for ordering food. The staff is slow in serving food.The food and complementary breakfast are pretty average. Overall its a decent hotel to stay in and is good value for money. Probably one of the best in katihar. Driver room is also available in case u need for your driver.
