Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality

Had a wonderful experience at Grand Sharan Hotel. The stay was very comfortable and the ambience was excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Sartaj Sir for helping us throughout our stay and making everything smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was truly impressive. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

1 use broken crockery, lonely place , charge 50 per chapati inspite of as displayed in hotel menu card
2, have not professional staff, not so good behaviour,
3 Hotel in lonely out of city area
4 NO LOCAL convayance provided as in display GOIBIBO site.
5 U can't watch television in hotel NO Connevitity
6 NO Location views as asked in Hotel
7 FOOD was no so good, used last days food

A Katra Hotel which can be better managed.

The Hotel location is very good . It is just about 1.5 kms. or so from the Katra Railway station and easily accesible from the Katra bus stand too.The elevation ,Lobby , corridors of the hotel all reflect rich ambience.I had gone to katra for Matadi darshan with my wife so had occupied a triple room and the room was spacious enough and well furnished. The view of the Hills housing the Matadi temple complex and the route taken by devotees could be seen from the front side of the hotel so that view was a bonus.The service however was poor - in the restaurant when we ordered soup as starter it came about 40 minutes later ( when the restaurant hardly had 5- 6 guests ) and in the Sweet corn soup the corns were conspicuously very few . Room service was pathetic. At dusk we had ordered Pakoda plate so that we enjoy tea with it but it came more than an hour later ! It was learnt from reception counter that due to Pakistan-India skirmishes the staff had left for their hometowns so shortage of staff caused the delay in service. Also for 12 hours on one day there was no WiFi which again they related to a VIP visit due next day. But we the guests did suffer whatever might have been the reasons.The Hotel is neat and clean and the housekeeping is also good & professional.The restaurant is not well managed and once we left the restaurant in disgust as no one came to take the food order for 15 minutes ! If managed better the Hotel would be promising and render better services to guests I guess.

Hotel Grand Charan

The Grand charan hotel is situated in Katra city and it is easily accessible and nearer to bus stand and railway station. Rooms are clean and lift services available and service is good. Restaurant facility is available in the ground floor. We stayed there for two days.

Execellent Experience in Katra ( Vaishnodevi )

Budget Friendly Hotel , we made our booking online through mmt , we checked in Early Morning they allowed Early Check in any extra charges , they arrange cab for Banganga & Pick Up also here , we ordered also food here , food is also tasty & Yummy .
Resturant is also there You can Take your Food also in Resturant or Room Service , its Depend on You . we recomnded this Hotel , Its Best For Family & Friends also
