Excellent Family Stay at Hisham Residency
Our family of 20 members had a wonderful stay at Hisham Residency, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and were incredibly kind, polite, and flexible in accommodating our large group.
The biggest surprise was that they upgraded us to a double-bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, spotless, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family trip.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, always responding quickly to our requests with a positive attitude. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.
We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and generosity shown by the entire team. We highly recommend Hisham Residency to families and groups looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Rs1300 per night for AC double room

No online payment For standard room.
AC/ Non AC options were not clearly stated while booking (MakeMyTrip), but upgrade to AC was possible at the hotel. The price was 1300per night as opposed to 787 per night i was able to avail online (542 discount). Disappointed with the price (standard double room Rs900, AC double room Rs400 extra) don't think any of the discounts were applied. Only payment at the hotel was available so other discounts or cash-free payment was not possible.
The AC room was on the first floor as part of newly furbished apartment in the nearby building. Hot water was not available in the bathroom in that building.
Included Breakfast was good- appam/ porotta/ chapathi/ idiyappam (one of two per morning) with chickpea curry/paneer curry was served in a very homely dining room opposite reception. Bottled water was supplied on the first day and provided on request the second, was told to make use of the water filter in the dining room there after.
Room was clean, though the bed sheet was a bit stained- looked like ink. TV with free channels in the room. There was building works outside.
Towels a small bottle of shampoo and one single bar of soap was provided for Two people for 3nights. No housekeeping or room service.
Internet didn't work the first two days as the network cable was disconnected from the router- which was fixed only after 2days of stay even though we had asked about it the first night.
Location is conveniently close to medical college kalamassery, kerala start up mission, science park etc. However its not in the town, some shops around, but couldn't find any nice restaurants for lunch/dinner close by. 30mins to kalamassery metro.

Apt for a short stay
Stayed as a couple in the 1-bedroom apartment. Perfect for 2-3 nights stay for any agenda in Aluva area. Good service by Jason (Manager) and his bell boy staffs. Excellent homely food for breakfast.
This property is located adjacent to owner's home.
The only thing, I can think of as minus point is that the bathroom should necessarily have a trash can.

Nice stay with excellent service
Booked a 2 nights stay at Hisham residency and was delighted with the service and total experience while staying here. While it is a little difficult to navigate to this place (for people who are newly visiting Kerala), reception called me in advance and shared the location coordinates in map as well as directions to find the place.
Rooms are maintained very clean and room service very accommodating for all requests. Breakfast is included in the booking cost. There is a bakery and grocery store near this place and room service can help in arranging lunch/dinner based on meal preferences. Overall recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a decent place to stay while on a quick visit to Ernakulam/Kochi area
