An excellent word is suitable for Blossom Hill

The climate and cottages are a very nice and calm peaceful location. In a separate swimming pool our children enjoy a lot of time All the staff are very polite and helpful including the Manager Jeyanchandren We strongly recommend to all.

Good Experience and Nice Nature Feel

Budget friendly Preacful stay

Good place to stay with family .Very peaceful.Each cottage have stunning balcony view .we stayed at the the top deck and jeep is available if need to go to restaurant pool etc . To steep that why they are using jeep and Pool is not near the room . Pool situated opposite to the resort about 200 m .over all experience is good .This resort is 25 km away from munnar . We can go Ponmudy Dam,Ripple water fall, 8 km away to Gap road

ok experience

We stayed for one night, and overall, it was an okay experience. The check-in process was smooth, but nothing exceptional. The room was clean and the amenities were basic. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, but the noise levels from the hallway or outside were a bit distracting. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. Breakfast had limited options, but it was decent. For the price, it was an acceptable stays nothing too bad, but nothing outstanding either.

Kitchen head and Manager let's you down, no professional

We stayed in Blossom Hills , Baison Valley , Munnar for 3 nights, the hotel is located in one of the best locations in Munnar, lush green valley makes you feel relaxed, the staff is helpful, we had some hiccups with the hot water but that was resolved immediately, the sad part was during checkout, previous night we did inform to the staff about early checkout and request for particular breakfast as we were travelling with kids one 12 & 9. We had a long travelto make . On the checkout dsy after completing my billing, I was told that no such information was given, the kitchen staff is not professional and doesn't know anything about hospitality so is the manager. Good for nothing, suprisingly the manager was not available on site and we could only contact him in case of emergency, such a beautiful experience was turned bitter at end
