Reception welcoming and friendly
Room and bathroom great.
Restaurant food has large selection but on the day was limited. Stayed one day
would stay there again.

Great staff, but avoid a Grandeur Cottage
The hotel is located on the highway, not close to anything else; and therefore one needs transport to get to anywhere else (except to the other resort down and across the road)
The check-in and check-out was quick and efficient; with very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was sufficient - local food, some juices, some cereal, eggs to order, etc. And again with very efficient and helpful restaurant staff
The only dinner option available was a buffet, which may not be to everyone's liking (certainly not to ours), and so we decided to walk down the road to the other resort each evening.. (which had great food options).
The cottage itself was unusual.. a two level accommodation, with the bedroom upstairs but the bathroom downstairs. The bedroom upstairs had a sloping roof, which meant one of use had to crouch to get into bed. It also had lots of unused / open space. The sitting area downstairs had a sofa and a dining table (?). And the bathroom that was large, but again wasted empty space. No place to hand a towel at the basin, no shelf to place soap and shampoo in the shower, no place at the basin for toiletries, etc. The entire accommodation seemed badly designed, given the amount of space that was wasted.
The cottage across the walkway had their outside lights on all night, which shone into our cottage all night. The adjoining cottage (with a common wall to ours) had people coming and going till late evening, and ringing their doorbell; and it seemed like the bell was in our room!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we would not want to stay in a Grandeur Cottage here ever again. Other rooms may be different / better.
