A Wonderful Volunteering Experience!

My time volunteering at Aarambh Residency was truly rewarding. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and lives up to its "luxury" description. It's in a great location, making it a peaceful yet convenient place to stay.
The staff and management were incredibly supportive and welcoming, creating a fantastic environment for volunteers. I'm grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend Aarambh Residency both as a place to stay and for anyone considering a volunteer placement. A top-notch experience all around

Bright, sincere, and welcoming smile. Services entirely coping with this image!

Arriving in Khajuraho, I had no idea where to stay. An "impromptu guide" took me around to visit different hotels and guesthouses. It was the bright, sincere, and welcoming smile of the host who came to greet us that spontaneously made me drop my bag at his place (or rather, their place, as he runs it with a young German woman who is just as radiant, positive, and active as he is).
Impeccable and spacious rooms; bedding so comfortable it invites you to sleep in before enjoying a first chai masala in their blooming garden, under the gentle morning sun, which warmly encourages you to fully embrace the walks around town. And there, everything contributes to the traveler’s delight: the old village, the market square (in the "new town"), the temples with their incredibly delicate sculptures, the small lake, the surrounding countryside...
And when you return, tired but happy after a full day of absorbing street scenes, all sorts of activities (but less frantic than elsewhere), bursts of color, and explosions of scents (more natural than artificial), what a joy it is to find our hosts, still there, smiling, busy making their little haven of peace even more comfortable and serene every day, while simply offering a homemade refreshment in one of the rocking chairs in their charming garden!
In short, the project of this endearing duo of around thirty years old—more natural materials, more organic food, with a vegetable garden in the making (the food is already healthy and delicious), and the possibility for everyone to lend a hand in a joyful and friendly atmosphere—is truly worth a stop, for a genuine moment of sharing and connection!

Dear Guest,
a heartfelt "thank you" from our side. It was a pleasure for us to host you! It makes us very happy that you enjoyed your stay here and you felt comfortable and somehow at home. Our garden is growing, we planted some fruit trees and more plants, so in case you'll come back in the future you can enjoy your chai and your book in the shade of our mango tree :)
Namaste and all the best,

Family like

Everything from begin to the end was well organised. They picked me from train station, organised all tours and tickets, loundry, bycycle rent and bring me back to the train station. Everything perfekt without waiting. Hotel is nice and modern decorated. Room is big and clean. And all staff is such friendly and helpful. Like a homestay. I wish I could stay longer.
