Superb location & peaceful stay with great views!

Stayed here for a night and had a great experience! Super comfy rooms (with hot water, which was a huge plus!) + helpful staff . . . made our stay hassle-free. The location is honestly the biggest plus — it’s very close to the dham trek point, which made things much easier for us. And, ofc, being surrounded by the mountains made it a super peaceful atmosphere to wind down at night.
Highly recommend in Yamunotri! Excellent price for the location, yum food, good service and room cleanliness!

Not that great.

The manager needs to be changed, he is a lier, rest the property is average, do not expect anything very good.
Food is good.
Do not book palki from the hotel.
Good property to stay at Janki chatti, i guess the only good one, maybe that’s l why they take advantage and lie.

Beautiful trip overall

The view from cottage of snow clad mountains was mesmerising.staff is very polite and helpful, enjoyed delicious food and photographing coloursful birds in the morning . Yamunotri trek starts just from here and it’s a beautiful trek.

Nice Camping Area

Pleasantly surprised to find Cottages/Swiss tents with all latest amenities at such an altitude in a remote and scantily populated Himalayan range. Cozy rooms, Running Hot Water, Delicious Hygienic Food, Nice View, Beautiful camping area, Travel & Palki/Pony facilities.... can't ask for more!!
