Great Location

The hotel is located at Cochin City Center. All major Landmarks are near by. Lissie Metro station and Ernakulam Town Railway station are at walking distance. You can reach Lulu hyper mall in 10 mins by Metro.
Marian drive walkway, MG road, boutique shops and all famous jewelry showrooms are new by.
Nearby restaurant serve delicious foods.

Night Stay at AV

Had booked a night's stay at this hotel through an online portal. Reached the Hotel by 11:00 pm and checked out by 06:00 am the next day. The room is of adequate size with a double cot. Linen was clean. A 1 liter water bottle was provided. The room rent does not include breakfast or dinner. But just abutting this hotel, there is a restaurant. At 11:30 pm I could get hot food preparation. The restaurant manager told that usually they are open till 11:30 pm. But the biggest attraction is the location. I could walk to the Ernakulam North Railway station, in less than 2 minutes. This I would rate as the best feature for this hotel, especially for one who lands at odd times or have to leave in such hours. The front desk was courteous and was able to communicate in English language. No car park was visible. The entire street is lined with hotels. Though it is a good hotel for a short stay, I am allotting only 4 stars since this hotel cannot be compared with Star Rated Hotels.

Not a 3 star hotel but a good lodge.

The only advantage is closest to the EKM town railway station. cannot be rated as a 3 star hotel. No room service but food from nearby restaurant will be made available but in paper plates for which we have to request and pay extra for it. rooms are not spacious.

A decent hotel 100 meters from Ernakulam North railway station

We stayed in the hotel on 18-1-2018, in the superior deluxe room in Second floor. The hotel is very neat and is well maintained. There is an LCD TV with cable connection, 24 hrs centralised hot water, clean bath room and linen, AC in good condition, not so small and not so big room, staff with good manners, well, every thing was fine for the Rs.1600/- I paid inclusive of all taxes. This was including the complimentary breakfast, in the new restaurant below. The restaurant is also very good for lunch and dinner with very reasonable rates. The only disadvantage I faced was that, there is no electric kettle for making coffee in the room and the restaurant was able to deliver the room service coffee at 7-15 A.M only and not before. Some three cars can be parked in the front Area. OVER ALL IT WAS THE BEST FOR THE MONEY, I PAID AS TARIFF.

Great Place to Stay with Family Near North Ernakulam Railway Station

Easy Transport Access to the whole city.I stayed here with my Family last week of May at Family Deluxe AC Room.The room was very Neat and clean.The Ground staff at the reception was very friendly.My heartful thanks to the management.Toiletries provided but no restaurant.You can have good food from near by restaurants. At my Next visit to Ernakulam i prefer to stay here.
