Very sweet
We had the chance to leave our bags at the house after our check out and to shower before we leave for our night bus.
We had a lovely stay there, we recommend!

Stay Away From this Hotel
Both the rooms and the bathrooms suffered from a severe lack of cleanliness. At night, the entire room would become infested with mosquitoes, ants, and cockroaches. Since the roofs were made of tin shed, a heavy downpour during the night created a loud, jarring, and ear-piercing noise that repeatedly disrupted our sleep. The situation worsened further as the bathroom shower and taps were broken, no toilet paper was provided, and the lighting in the room was extremely dim. The Wi-Fi was also non-functional.
The rooms were tiny, and the furniture was old and dilapidated—it felt as though random pieces of old household furniture had simply been dumped into the hotel rooms. Furthermore, there was no receptionist or attendant available on-site to assist us with any of our needs. Finally, when it came time to settle the bill, the staff (or perhaps the owner) behaved very rudely toward us and even attempted to charge us extra money. Given the exorbitant price, the service provided here was absolutely abysmal. Do not stay at this place under any circumstances.

Disappointed !
1. Water was not available 24/7, they had to ask/wait for it multiple times. Caretaker was unavailable most of the time when he was needed.
2. The stay is at 2nd floor, there is no lift, stair case is very narrow, its very difficult to go there with luggage.
3. They were not able to reach out to contact number provided.
Only good thing was the location, the place is close to the Kochi fort and market.
