Well managed.

Great location. Rooms were clean except for the washroom was a bit of foul smell. I told the receptionist and had a sprayed but it wasn’t that helpful too. There was a leakage from the bathroom and the water came into my room-once and i made a complain. I did not see anyone do anything about that matter after that. HOpe they corrected the issue later. The breakfast was ok and understandable of the limited choices because of the LPG issues there. Nevertheless the waiters were helpful and nice. This was my second stay there in this hotel after some time. Otherwise all is fine .

Don’t stay at this very very noisy hotel!

Full on night club till midnight and unhelpful staff who kept repeating: it’ll stop at 11pm, in 15mins, in 10mins, in 2mins….

If you fancy sad keeping in a nightclub, this is the hotel for you.

Loud music at party on the 3rd floor disturbed all rooms up to 7th floor up till midnight.
Staff unconcerned and unapologetic.
Like trying to sleep in a nightclub.

Excellent service & rooms. Located on the Marine drive which is central to any Ernakulam visitor. Will be using again when we visit Ernakulam
