Such a good hotel. I booked for my parents . They felt good and hygienic. Really great service and nice location too. I highly recommend.

Hotel is selling there food forcefully, unsupportive staffs

This hotel strictly doesn't allow outside food, and their menu is very costly and they forcefully sell their food to the guests in this way. iam cancelling my stay here, and the facilities are also not up to the mark they call themself as 4 star hotel but they dont have iron box option also in the room which now a days Oyo is also providing as default. i would not recomment this hotel to any type of customers / guests as they are very strict with their policies no mater the guests are suffered. dont book this hotel if you want have proper facilities and if you want to have Kochin treditional food. you will not get any this treditional here, iam attaching the food menu FYR.

Spirited 11 - My recent visit at Hotel Monsoon Empress was nothing short of exquisite. Good silent place to chill out with friendly staff experience

Spirited 11 ambience is awesome. Friendly staff. Good collection of liquor. Food menu to be improved .bring out some offers for regular customers . Sad to know that malayalam songs won't be played in kerala bar.
