Budget Hotel in the Center of Kolkatta city.
Though our Tour operator has made reservations already, we have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to get our rooms allotted by the Front Desk Manager Mr. Atif Rahman , who is very kind & arranged for lifting our Luggages to our rooms in various Floors.
We got our room in First Floor A9 & the room service person on duty at 8 pm helped to shift our luggages & gave all Toiletries & water bottles for us .
We noticed the Bathroom door is not at all closing & informed him & Front desk operator.
The room service person tried his level best to close the door of Bathroom, which is in front of our Bed.
The room is very small & hardly we have got moving space around the Cot.
The next day I have given the Key to Front Desk lady, who is kind enough to set right the Bathroom door problem.
After we return from sightseeing in Kolkata, the Front Desk lady informed that our room has been shifted to A10 adjacent room & the room service man again helped to shift our luggages & Bath room items to the next room in the same floor.
This room is spacious, neat & clean with attached bathroom with the doors can-be closed . In the Ground Floor a Dining hall is provided for our Group .
We took B/F , Lunch & Dinner prepared by our Tour operator cooking arrangements in this Dining Hall, which is also shared by other group.
Daily one Mineral Water bottle is given per person.
The room service persons are very friendly & helpful.
The approach road to this Hotel is very narrow
& very difficult to park our vehicle during peak times.
On the other side of this Hotel leads to Park road & Tram service to Esplanade.
Overall we can give 3.5 star for this Budgeted Hotel.

Very very bad experien.Worse for the price. If there was negative marking I would have done that. Charges varies. Worst!
1. While checking in at evening the lady was on desk (ankita) who don’t even responds well and every time we ask sth she says “woh to nahi pata”. Just because we made payment already we have to stay because she wouldn’t even ask the manager but just say nothing is possible.
2. Room service is so bad and their room size is very small. They don’t even keep the 2 bottle complimentary water bottle plus every day we have to request for room service.
3. They don’t keep basic necessities like shampoos and soaps or even tissue for that price.
4. The bed sheets, pillow covers and towels all looks like it was bought ages ago as white towels turned brown and brown turned light.
5. They have a tv which is just for show and all channels isnt working. Only free Bangali channels are functioning.
6. For that money charged to you, They don’t even have safe box or room card forget about the mini bar. Keys are given to you manually.
7. They don’t even give you room slippers until asked and worse thing is they have dirty and old toilets and tiles and with that slipper people might easily get injure. My husband nearly fell in toilet in first night.
8. All necessary were given just for 1 when we paid for two and even had to ask for extra towel and glass every day and some of their cups and glasses are crack.
9. Breakfast is worse for that price. We paid 22 dollars for breakfast but all we got was bread toast, water melon, papaya and local coffee. Nothing wow for that price.
10. The breakfast tables were all so unstable that you have to be very careful with it while eating and very dirty cloth sheet always.
11. Only on last day we met the manager and he was kind enough to say he will change the room but by then all 3 nights were spent miserably.
12. Almost everyday the sheets have some stained and white sheets have becomes nearly yellow or brown.
13. All very old and over all services in everything was in negative and worst.
