Worst

Don't stay here, just stay away from this property, the worst hotel I ever visit, they are taking 2100 but giving rs. 500 room. Flush not working, neither jet spray working in the bathroom. The room bell is not working. Stay at your own risk.
Hotel location is so good, if you want to stay for location then must check
1.samrat hotel
2. Roy and Roy hotel.

High price

I booked hotel thinking of getting a best hotel hotel, but after paying the charges i saw that rooms were not value for money that i paid for. Although clean bedding and bathroom was a good point. Also there is balcony.

Horrible, says one thing on Phone while booking and does another thing when u r there

I booked through phone and they talk sweet. Once I reached they totally backed out of saying we didnt book. Staff was rude. Particularly a fat one. After delaying he booked again. I totally missed they charge me for suite delux while they give me suite. Don't try to go their restaurant unless u want to kill time. Service will take forever. Only the guys who are attending to my luggages are nice and I give time good tips. Otherwise it was complete waste of my Rs 4500.

Good location and very helpful staff

We are two women around 50. We had booked elsewhere, not realising it was so far out, and chanced on this place. First impressions were a little daunting (dark, dingy corridors) but actually the room we were shown to was spacious and clean, with clean bedding and en suite bathroom with hot water. It had a balcony looking out over the street - just wonderful watching Kolkatan life going on below - and there were beautiful buildings, if somewhat in need of some tlc (and money!). The all-male staff were incredibly polite and helpful, there was TV and a daily newspaper. There was a bar downstairs which played loud music till late - fortunately on the top floor it did not disturb us. It was very apparent it was not the done thing for us to go in the bar - not that we wanted to - but they happily brought beers up to our room. The breakfast they served was fine, not sure if they did other meals, but you'd be better eating at the street kitchens which were plentiful and safe. Very handy for the tram and metro, close by some of the sights and markets. We went to the Oberoi for a drink one evening and to be honest I'd choose the Majestic any day (Ratings are Indian, not Western standards)

terrible experience

As branch of this hotel in 12, 1 , kidwai road , by my mistake or in hurry to reach my work place Iforgot hotel name, address and phone no. As after finishing my work I try to find hotel , not succesful so go for dirtest lauage in mahatma gandhi road, spend ngt again tried tomrow but

Not hear how could a employee in hotel industry left 15 days .... nuisance as I appeal management
