Good stay at a prime location with budget price

It was a pleasant stay. The staff is very well behaved and helpful. The room is good enough for the pricing and the location is just right at the center. The breakfast served is very good and you have lot of alternatives.To conclude it was a pretty good stay.

Very bad experience.i am not vist again..

Better hotel in reasonable price

You can find the hotel in jamuna more in new market area. It’s near radhuni hotel. The double room price is 2500 rupee. You can have extra bed with extra charge.
It has its own restaurant which serves the complementary breakfast.

A great passing through stop.

We stayed here twice in March as a good location for our purposes in terms of connecting transport links to Darjeeling train (Howrah) & Sunderbans tour (Backpackers). Also great for nearby parks & shopping on Sudder St. Efficient check in, polite & helpful staff, good sized clean rooms, great breakfast, good WiFi. The manager tried hard to help book a train ticket we were having problems with booking on line, but when he wasn't successful he recommended where we should go to sort.

Clean & courteous

We booked 2 rooms through booking.com, called them on the morning of our day of check in. We were greeted very nicely when we got there. The front desk and other staff were very courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean. Furniture and lighting were all functioning properly, no broken items. We didn't opt for the complimentary breakfast, but they still gave complimentary water, coffee, tea and newspaper. The location is fantastic, not noisy. Had good sleep in the nights. Overall, a great experience. I will go there again when I go to Kolkata in the future.
