Pathetic service of staff, no cleaning

Pathetic service and management are too bad response to customer, pathetic staff. Please don't go there. They have setting with cab driver, please think 1000 time before go there, you have to pay bathroom cleaning service also. And everything you have to pay. All such idiots management

Worst and horrible experience …. Unable to grade! I

I would be happy if the review tips had some good tips for giving a nice bad review cause this hotel wellesley on rafi ahmed kidwai road really deserves the worst of reviews ! We stayed there about thirteen days paid 26,000/- rupees and they had no service or good behavior to make up for it ! Just a horrible experience…. It was as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there! Highly recommend not to lodge there if you are not obliged! They had no slipper for toilet, they faucets in the toilet kept leaking continuously even after complaints! They have leaking water everywhere like on AC outside making loud noise at night couldnt sleep they had leakage from the roof in the toilet, no changing bed sheets or towels no cutlery to take any snacks inside the room you have to buy plate and cutlery and slippers before planning to stop over at their place.
Their behavior is just from 3 miilion BC …. Totally not groomed for hotel service at all …. I think they should name it Hotel Basti instead of ruining the gentleman’s name ! These are my horrible experiences and views that i shared the rest is up to you!

Average Stay in this hotel

Had a very average experience in this hotel. The lock of the room door was not in the door, howcome didnt had any idea. Tough there was cctv footage the the staff were clueless. They offer the guest for full body massage. Average experience in my journey

Wrost hotel in Kolkata I have ever visited.All staff are madarchod..they demanding tips like their fathers property....sale sb ke sb madarchod bhadwe log hain us hotel main...tm jaise kuch log ki waje se pura Kolkata badnam hai behenchod
