Housekeeping failure

My recent stay at the hotel was not very satisfactory. There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that affected the overall experience.
The washroom was not cleaned properly, and the drainage system was left open. Water was not draining properly from the bathroom floor and shower area, causing inconvenience. The room telephone was not working, which is an essential facility for emergencies and for contacting room service.
A tea kettle was provided, but it had not been cleaned. The minibar refrigerator was available but was not in working condition. The bed sheet provided was torn, and the towels appeared to be unclean. In addition, the shower door could not be closed properly.
There was no drinking water provided in the room. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but considering the room rate, at least one complimentary 1-liter water bottle or even basic RO drinking water should be available for guests.
Overall, the housekeeping standards and room maintenance need significant improvement. I would like to suggest that the management pay closer attention to these areas. Otherwise, the property's condition and guest satisfaction may decline in the future.
This is simply my honest feedback and suggestion for improvement. The decision is entirely up to the management, but I hope these concerns will be addressed for the benefit of future guests.

The worst ever Experience

I have been denied Check-in by the Hotel Manager because I had booked the Hotel Room at ₹ 799 with Discounted price as OYO Wizard Member. At night 10:00 PM I had to wait for Check-in for around more than an hour. When the manager was ready for that he charged me ₹ 400 Extra and my breakfast was included in OYO but Hotel Manager denied the Breakfast. And also, when I asked for the Bill then also the Hotel manager was not ready to provide Bill. Later, I had to request a lot and told him that I need the bill for my official purpose then he provided me the Bill. It was a very horrible experience. I will never suggest anyone to book this Hotel Hiland International, Kolkata.
And one more piece of Important information is that the Hotel Hiland International, Hotel Hiland, Hotel Regency, and Hotel Regency International are the same hotel in the same building. The hotel owner is running this hotel with two names. So remember this before booking this Hotel.

Good location bad rooms..

The hotel is centrally located and is close to all the tourist locations.
The property is in immediate need of repair and the rooms need upgradation.
The staff on the other hand were really attentive and helpful. They even got us a late night cab for the airport.

Rooms need upgradation...

The hotel is located such that guests have multiple travel options. The staff is great and really helpful. The rooms are okayish, but in need of a lot of upgradation. The breakfast was complimentary, but had very limited options. Overall, the rooms are a bit expensive for the quality of stay one gets.

good for business trip

had to go for a conference and booked it through oyo. Decent property to stay in terms of connectivity. Located near Ruby Hospital so major people staying here has come for medical purpose. The property needs maintainance with regards to rooms. Staff is good and courteous. Rooms have refrigerator and tea/coffee maker. Food has to be had outside. Breakfast was included in the tariff but the options were limited.
