Great experience at The Astor
We had a phenomenal stay at The Astor! The location is central and the property and rooms are clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, special shoutout to Nawaz, Joy and the rest of the team who catered to all our requests. 100% recommend if you're visiting Kolkata!

Best Heritage Hotel
I think it is the best heritage hotel that I and my husband have stayed till now . The hotel is very centrally located . The ambience of the hotel is very pleasing and very homely with positive vibes . It is maintained very well and all minute things are taken care of . Right from the entrance, the people are greeted with a beautiful smile by the security guards . All the staff members at the front office welcomes people beautifully and makes one feel homely and comfortable .The housekeeping staff are very helpful and the rooms are maintained very well .The in-house dining service and the ambience of the restaurant is maintained in a meticulous manner . The staff members of the restaurant with their pleasing manners made us very happy . The food is delicious and has a good variety . The decor of the hotel with the colonial look and precious old pics are just awesome . Would love to mention few names like Mr. Shabbir Ali , Ms Sreetama Ray , Ms Nirajita who went out of the way to help us and made our stay very comfortable . Indeed a great Heritage hotel to stay . Thank you to the whole team and staff members of the Astor Hotel , Park Street - Kolkata .

Great place to stay
I had a wonderful stay at The Astor. Ambience is great, rooms are specious. My visa interview was delayed, but thanks to Tina and Rahaman to adjusting for Checkout timing. They had been great help. Overall great experience.

A beautiful hotel in city center
I stayed at the Astor Hotel for 1 night. Its a beautiful place right in the heart of the city. Very warm and helpful staff. I want to specially mention Me Azad. He realised that I was in a rush for a meeting but was unable to step out as it was raining. He unhesitatingly handed over his personal umbrella to me so that I do not get delayed. The food is exceptional here. Highy recommended!
