Just what I needed

Coming from the busy and dirty Varanasi probably creates a bias, but this hotel was clean, large, quiet, and peaceful which was what I needed to continue our vacations.
Our room was huge, with good temperature, bathroom separate from shower but both with sinks, and a powerful mini-fridge. It is very close to the monasteries (as all hotels are) and we did not have dinner at the restaurant, but breakfast was quite good (many fruits).
The only problem is that WiFi is unreliable, you need to be in the lobby for it to work well. Few people speak English but be patient and somebody will help you.

Sad

Sadly this is the nicest hotel in Kushinagar. The bathrooms need to be torn out and started over, while the rooms are roomy and fairly comfortable. Providing a kettle which is a very nice touch in India.
The food is absolutely deplorable, greasy and day old is best I can say.
Kushinagar needs a decent hotel to attract more pilgrims, and this is not one of them

Nice Big Hotel but Very Costly

Stayed here for a night during my visit to Kushinagar near Gorakhpur where Lord Buddha has breathed his last. Hotel is having massive structure. Rooms are nice & clean. But due to very very less manpower services are pretty bad. Hotel does group booking mainly of Buddhist from South East Asian countries. Food is so so. Nothing great.

Good for a short overnight stay

Stayed for one night. Hot water wasn't coming, that was the biggest bummer
Pros:
1. Room is spacious
2. Food is tasty and had desserts as well
3. Staff is very helpful
4. Wifi works
5. Waiters were helpful
6. Luggage were quickly delivered to the room
Cons:
1. AC was noisy
2. No hot water
3. TV connection was poor
4. Body wash bottles were so wasted

Better than expected

Stayed 2 nights in a large triple bed room. Room was dated but beds were clean. Toilet and bathroom were separated.
Wifi connectivity is best at lobby, could not connect in the room. When there's no big tour groups, the restaurant will serve 3 course meals including soup, several main dishes and dessert. If there's tour group, buffet dinner will be served. Overall the food and service were not bad.
