''BEST HOTEL IN LONAVALA''

I recently visited in lonavala n had a stay in hotel montana .. it was a pleasant stay as well the staff is cooperative and helpfull .... Rooms are neat & cleaned highly recommended to all my frnds family to visit this hotel.. its in heart of a city, close to main market and the tourist spot i had enjoyed lot ;)

Nothing good about this hotel apart from the location. The guy in front desk is very rude. No hot water supply. When you call the reception to fix issue, they won’t respond properly. No toiletries were provided.not even tissue roll. Worst experience ever.. would never recommend this hotel to any one. We checked out the next day n checked in a different hotel.

Pathetic and Worst experience ever.

The experience was pathetic. First of all they charged 22000 for 3 nights. Acceptable though it was a weekend but due to emergency at home I left after 1st night. The rule at every hotel for this is that they deduct 50-70% and refund the remaining amount, but over here the staff directly denied and quoted that owner had asked him to do so. It is a kind of dhaba type of policies. The room was hardly of 90 sq ft and for such a small room the price mentioned is too high... Toiletries were not being provided. ..A. C was not working at all... Bedsheets were dirty and the same condition was with the room... Moreover they take a deposit of 500 for the room key as if their key is single piece in world... Never recommend anyone to stay at this property as it is the worst ever propery I visited and the worst ever experience I had... Writing over here because the owner replies only to nice comments which are on their website.... I was about to give rating in negative but by default have to select atleast one circle so it's 1.... And when you will ask for the bill they will give you a handwritten bill with wrong gst rates... Not aware of the gst rates even ...

Nice hotel

Hotels is in prime location. Rooms are good and clean. I booked Suite room which was very nice and Spacious. Interval Restaurant is just below the hotel which serves excellent food. Only cons was lift was not working so we had to climb two floors.
