The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property

mr rahul and durga tiwari girl friendb. Hotel ka naam kharab kerne wale staff hai ye .ekdum 3rd class ke employee hai .

Hotel bahut achha hai location superb. But restaurant staff mr rahul and durga tiwari dayalgatway me Hotel ka naam barbaad ker Rahe hhaiye dono kabhi bhi kiss our smooching kerte hai ye nahi dekhte hai ki guest. Guest ke sath aaye hue bacche inko dekh rahe hai kya impression padega .Hotel owner please in sab ko kyun entertain ker Rahe ho ye aap ke Hotel ko Barbados ker Rahe hai

Fawlty Towers

This is Fawlty Towers reincarnated!
I asked for room service brekka, the person said there's a buffet, can go there. I said I prefer in-room, so he says "dekhte hain" / let's see!! Of course, no breakfast turned up.
A day before, I had gone for brekka - there was no toaster.
And the coffee needed some coffee.
WiFi didn't work, except briefly when I complained.
The room wasn't made on the 3rd day, who knows why.
Coffee sachets were not replaced on two of the three days.
Bizarrely, the room had a fridge with a glass front so the light shone brightly all night.
Silver lining - nice room size, comfy bed and clean.
Oh - and it's next to a railway line! Realised when a train blew its horn just as I'd gone to sleep.

Bellissimo restaurant at Dayal heights is a special choice for me and my family.

this is my 3rd visit to Bellissimo restaurant at Dayal heights in april'24 as I couldn't think of visiting any other place.. the aroma and the taste of the food, especially Badam chicken shorba, lemon butter sohil fish and the mutton biryani pulls me to visit again to this place .
the hospitality of the staff, especially mr firoj who not only suggests the variety,we wud relish but pays personal attention and Sandeep who serves all food with great smile.. the addition of sweet little singer is also appreciated.
value for money & a pleasing place for me.

Wrong place at the wrong time.They had two parties on the first night,the music so loud dust came down from the ceiling.The following day building work was being carried out which again was noisy.
