A truly memorable hospitality experience at Hyatt Regency Lucknow.
What impressed me most was the dedication and professionalism of the team, especially while the hotel is undergoing maintenance. Despite the ongoing work and the hustle and bustle, the staff continue to deliver warm, attentive and genuine hospitality.
A special appreciation to Abhay Owais (O-W-A-I-S), Shiva and Shubhanshi, the Duty Managers, for their tireless efforts and composed approach in ensuring guests continue to have a comfortable experience.
My sincere thanks to Mr. Puneet, Spa Manager, and Rahul, Lifeguard, for maintaining a clean and pleasant steam room and pool.
I would also like to recognize Mohinder and Asharam from the Bell Desk for their hardworking and helpful nature. Their efforts may often go unnoticed, but they truly contribute to the guest experience.
And a special mention to Avinash ji from F&B for his excellent hospitality and impressive knowledge of food.
A hotel is not just its property—it is the people who create the experience. This team deserves genuine appreciation for their hard work and commitment to hospitality.

Perfect stay at perfect location

Overall expereince was good. Kinfly note Hotel is under renovation. breakfast options are good. swim pool was ok and overall stay was perfect.

Comfortable stay

A very good experience at hayaatt regency Lucknow. Front Office managed the procedure efficiently. The room, bedding and amenities were comfortable. Housekeeping maintained hygiene and cleanliness to a good standard. Appearance, maintenance and facilities were satisfactory. Restaurant and Food & Beverages service were courteous, while the bar/pub added convenience. Good location, pleasant ambience and helpful staff made the overall experience enjoyable and good value.
