My husband and I enjoyed our stay for 15 days at the Western Inn from 29th Dec 2025 to Jan 11 2026--------------

This hotel experience was really good in Vasai. It was a very tidy and clean spacious room with 24x7 hot water & central A/c and a fan
The bed was comfortable but disappointed that there was no coffee/kettle for early morning coffee in the room & breakfast was not complimentary
Nice centrally located and close to big supermarkets and shops
Good clean restaurant with good veg and non veg food was attached to the hotel below
The staff were very friendly & always smiling & very courteous and always obliged to help (Ajay Kumar/ Prachi) and the Manager Chirag went out of his way to help till we left the hotel so also all other staff in all depts
The house keeping personnel as well restaurant staff were very accommodating and helpful and polite and always eager to help. The stay was really very pleasant

Fraudulent Location

I booked the Hotel Western Inn through Goibibo on June 21st, specifically choosing it because it was listed in Mira Road. However, after booking and paying ₹2,360, the hotel's address suddenly changed to Vasai.Vasai is far too distant from my intended destination, making travel a nightmare. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deceptive bait-and-switch tactic.To make matters worse, Goibibo has contacted the hotel directly regarding this location discrepancy, and the hotel management is completely ignoring the emails and refusing to reply.They took my money and changed the location without consent. Terrible customer service and highly unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not worth the money

Bed linens were in poor condition. Had dirt stains. Toilets were not clean. Even though new linens were requested, the staff came with other stained linens

Excellent hotel, huge rooms and very nice people.

The hotel is excellent in terms of room size, light and service. Mukeshji, Axayji and other staff are polite and always eager to help. The stay was pleasant due to these people. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. They have a restaurant attached.

Very bad and dissappointedr

होटल काफी अच्छा है पर सर्विस बिल्कुल खराब
हमने शादी की party का आयोजन किया पर kitchen ground floor par और हाल चौथे फ्लोर पर एक ही लिफ्ट है guest और staff ki to khana ठीक से पहुँच ही नहीं पाया और जो पहुँचा वो ekdum ठंडा
जब manage नहीं होता तो itna बड़ा आर्डर लेना नहीं चाहिए।
