Very wrong behaviour in all management staff

I would like to give feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff was not satisfactory. The behavior of some staff members was unprofessional and not up to the standard expected from a hospitality service. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving staff training and customer service.

Amazing stay

We stayed here for 5 days for a visit to Sri Hazur Sahib Gurdwara. There’s Gurdwara was approx 10 min ride away from the hotel which meant we could visit numerous times during our visit anytime. RAVENDRA PRAJAPATI was on reception most of the time. He is an asset to the hotel, always welcoming with a smile and beyond the call of duty. He helped up with numerous tasks and also exchanging money to local currency. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience

Very rude and arrogant staff. The service was terrible, and the hygiene standards were extremely poor. One of the servants even said they don’t need customers—very disappointing experience.
