Amazing Stay

If you like a quite place, amazing mountain view and homely food, then this is the right place. Really Loved the welcoming Nature of Champa Auntie and the delicious food she made for us. From room you can view the mountains and at night you can see the lights from Old Manali making a view worth watching.

Nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, offers an idyllic escape for those seeking breathtaking views and unparalleled hospitality. The hotel's strategic location provides panoramic vistas of snow-capped peaks(during and after the snow season), lush valleys, and winding rivers, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere.
The accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with cozy furnishings and modern amenities.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional cooking of the hotel's caretaker, Aunty. Her culinary skills are nothing short of extraordinary. it was the traditional Himachali specialties she prepared that were a masterpiece. Her passion for cooking was evident in the love and care she put into each meal.

Must stay in this place.

We had an amazing stay. The place is serene and away from the hustle of the city.
Champa Aunty makes lip-smacking food and is very sweet and kind.
Highly recommend this place. I would love to visit this place again. It was an amazing experience.

Magical week

Spent the most incredible week at cottage and cheese under the warmth and care of kriti , champa aunty and nima didi…..as I was there for a short course they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable , warm and well fed all the time…..my attic room was a dream come true…..at the end of a long intense day being able to sleep under the light of the full moon and stars was a magical experience which is indescribable…..waking up every morning with the view of the snow capped mountains is also something that one only dreams of…..this cottage comes highly recommended for retaining the authenticity of the pahadi folk and the way they live their lives in the mountains…..you truly belong with the family and become part of their lives while having your own space and privacy as the rooms are on a different level on the top…..thank you so much kriti for hosting us and I truly look forward to being back there soon

Cute and Cozy

I stayed for one night, before a trek from the Manali circuit. This place is between gardens and locals’ houses. It’s a beautiful walk to the cottage and it gives you a true experience of what it means to stay in the hills. I have a distinct memory of having slept so very peacefully in this cute little place. Since I’m writing the review after almost a year, I’ve forgotten the name of the kind lady who used to make my meals. Soul soothing home style food. Overall, the place is clean, cozy, warm and perfect for solitude or company. Kriti also bakes from time to time and if you’re lucky you might just get your hands on her bake of the day!
