Lot of Recreational Indoor and Outdoor Games.

Positives:
Big Spacious Rooms.
Big Spacious Bathroom. (Equivalent to one Room)
Big Long Sofa in Room itself.
Full Indoor and Outdoor Activities like Table Tennis, Billiards, Chess, Carrom, Badminton, Cricket, Lot of Recreational activities.
Complimentary Bon Fire for all.
Free Khatiya Bed outside your Room to sit sleep and relax in front of Sun rays.
Complimentary Indoor Cycle.
Complimentary Pakoda and Tea in Snacks.
Big Swimming Pool with Pool Loungers.
Big Pool Sitting Diwan to relax with Family.
Complimentary Lunch Dinner was good.
Cons:
Breakfast spread is limited.
Old Resort with Renovation done.
Kid Pool was not maintained.
Room Door was Old Fashion Lock.
Even Though Bathroom is Spacious big, however no Bath Tub, Bathroom accessories are limited.
Somewhat Expensive however with room size and amenities provided it is worth.

A mixed bag: Potential overshadowed by Operational Issues

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while the space is truly amazing, especially for kids, my experience was marred by significant shortcomings in staff training and hygiene. The hotel's vast property and kid-friendly atmosphere are major assets, making it a great option for families.
However, despite the good intentions of the staff, they seemed ill-equipped to handle basic requests, leading to frustration and inconvenience. The pool, which could be a highlight for kids, was in disrepair, and the overall upkeep of the space was lacking. Hygiene issues were also a concern.
While I appreciate the hotel's potential, it's clear that significant improvements are needed to turn this property into a top-notch destination. With better training for the staff and attention to hygiene and maintenance, this hotel could truly shine.

SPLENDID STAY

Visited Resort from 26 to 28 Dec'2023 as a Co-Tour Leader of 65 Pax. overall stay was good, Room was renovated with good space of bathroom and food was good. I appreciate management service and would rate service 7 out of 10. This resort has their own safari vehicle and drivers are good. Would Highly recommend travelers to visit this resort.

An old one need renovation

We visited the Resort with friends. The Place is spread over a large area with good density of trees.
Being old the traditional set up of cottages is not up to the mark looking to the cost.
The dining area is small and gets congested at peak times.
Menu is just average. preparation is average.

Room to improve

We recently stayed here for 3 nights while in Kanha. Our overall stay was good but the rooms were very tired and in need of renovation especially the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable either
Little improvements for the safaris would be providing insulated bottles so your water is kept cool all morning would be great
All the food we had was very good I could not fault that with a good choice served and the staff were very attentive always looking to assist. Especially the guys in the restaurant. The service was very good!
The cottages were all being upgraded when we were there they looked really good I think that may be the better choice rather than the rooms. The hotel grounds looked very nice with the pool and areas to relax in the gardens.
