A view from the room that makes u forget all your worries
The view from the room given when we checked in was what made us fall in love!! Overlooking the sea, n just high enough to see the horizon. The staff at the reception were so very helpful and always there for any assistance n a special mention of the GM Mr Mahesh. Was very open to suggestions n very kind too. Thank you guys
Be prepared for a few negatives too thou.there is no eye for detail, small things like TV not working, or there are bottles for shower gel in the bathroom but they were empty, no restaurant n room service at the moment etc... But all said and done since we had just gone for a two day mini break, it was all worth it to us...

Thanks for your comments. The booking was for 3 nights and wanted to check out first citing personal reasons relating to sudden travel coming up for Canada and thereafter raised non-availability of water etc. Sir, you booked 3 rooms and even confirmed the same on the day of arrival, however checked in for 2 rooms only. Out of your 9 room nights booking and confirmed on the date of arrival, you only booked for 4 room nights and we allowed the same in already a difficult season post COVID, which prevented us from selling the rooms and thereby incur a loss. You stayed for 2 nights and paid for the same and we graciously accepted your difficulties. As to non-availability of water in the room - tea/coffee services, we do place 1 ltr water bottles and an electric kettle with tea/coffee supplies.
As is our custom at Maison Ocean Retreat, we beg with folded arms and apologise for any inconvenience that you may have faced and wish that you visit the property once again at your best convenience for a better experience.
