Very good experience. House keeping facility is excellent. Especially Anil and Girish n Aniket. They are very soft spoken n well behaved. Food is lip smacking.

Best In Vrindavan

Very good service and housekeeping service Mr. Anil, Mr. Anikesh, Mr. Girish are on toes and best n fast service very polite n helpful. Rooms very good & food in Satvik restaurants is best.

A very Horrbile Property with uneducated staff. Do not book ever

Oh what a Terrible Property, I Don’t even know form where to start. We have booked four rooms for our family and Ac’s were not working in any of the room neither the hot water was coming in any room. The hair dryer worked for 15 sec and then it stopped and never came back to life. The Fridges of rooms don’t work. We have reserved a table at restaurant for my Daughter’s first bdy and guy claiming he is F&B manager told us to wait for 10 mins while he prepares our table so we were waiting at lobby then after 10 mins when we went to restaurant only to realise he has given our table someone else claiming that you didn’t come. The we had to wait another 15 mins to get a table and the cheery on the top, The Ac in the restaurant doesn’t work.
The service is super slow be it restaurant or in room dining, it took 1 hour plus just to make one lemonade. It was horrible experience at this property, the staff at restaurant is so uneducated unethical they don’t anything about food service or anything.
For just 4 tables at restaurant it took more than 30 mins for Dosa and that too wrong. For my fellow travellers it’s a big no no
Please save yourself and your money.
There are Dharamshala’s in Vrindavan Far better than this property.
