Comfortable stay in Affordable price

Hotel is best choice if you are travelling by Train or Bus, as just 1 km from station & 700 mtr from Bus stop. We stayed here for couple of nights & our stay was comfortable. Although it is on the Highway but still no loud noise, in fact quite peaceful.
Pros - Spacious room with Almira, Large parking space, Restaurant, Hotel staff can arrange transpiration at good price.
Cons - Slow service, Limited food options in Restaurant
Point to note - they will have 2 single cots in all rooms. So we had to move the beds for making it double bed (as we have a kid)

Poor quality rooms

The rooms especially Toilets were not properly clean. Bed and some furniture were broken. During booking mentioned that for child with 5 yrs the stay is free however they actually charged 500/- for extra bed which was not given. To the family with 5 yrs. kid they offered room with two single bed and one extra bed where there is hardly any space for the extra bed. Location wise it's okay for intermediate stay as it is beside the highway. but temple and beach is bit away (1.9 kms) Parking space is ample. Food did not try but ambiance of restaurant was good. Rates were on higher side when checked menu card.
In short, they claimed its a three-star property which is certainly not and not worth of money they charged.

Average stay

We stayed here on our trip to Murudeshwar. The stay was decent but would have appreciated a little more maintenance. The breakfast buffet was decent and so was the food price. We got a room which faced a part of the property undergoing construction, so we had no view. Also, the location of this places is on the highway, a bit away from the temple. However, we almost always got auto to the temple at a nominal rate from the highway. I also appreciate the fact that the hotel allowed early checkin for us few hours before their checkin time.

Not a great stay though.

It’s more like a hospital rather than a hotel, there’s no proper communication with the reception we need to go 2 floors down to get any help from the management.
Felt really disappointed with the services of the hotel, need to inculcate all the nescesities.

We dont expect any service available here.. just like darma satra...
