Splendid Visit

I would like to personally thanks the owner’s Mr.Razi,who took many things in his hand and went an extra mile to see if I am comfortable and moreover assisted in some of my outside work which was not in his domain.
All the hotel staff were well trained,groomed and with good etiquettes.
Last but not the least the food was so delicious.

Pathetic

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The room service was very poor. The rooms had an unpleasant smell and inadequate lighting.
The washroom taps were not functioning properly.
The air conditioning system was also unsatisfactory. There was no proper power backup arrangement during electricity outages.
The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful.
The hotel charges are very high, but the facilities provided do not justify the price. In fact, the amenities offered are not even worth half of what guests are charged.
Overall, it was a pathetic and highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall a reasonable place with good aesthetics

Extremely polite staff
Good aesthetics
Spacious rooms
Very reasonably priced
It provides a respite in the dense,congested locality
It would be good if they can remove the carpets and have tiled floor
Carpet smells in damp conditions
Tea kettles with tea bags could be provided in rooms
Food is okay, nothing great

Tripple A Plus

We stayed here for one night on our way to Sasaram. Excellently clean property with smiling professional staff. The rooms are comfortable, with a good sleep quality. look forward to staying again. A jewel in not so known city.
