A trip with school friends
Totally Enjoyed our First trip with my school friends at mumbai Asar Elite. The property is located nearby the beach walk-in distence and family suite Room attoted to Us.....The staff is very professional to help for the luggage and Food was quite disappointed then we ordered zomato.Wifi speed is okay okay and corridor is neat and clean as like room..Met their Ashu was a person in property is very amazing and professional guy for Everyone, he suggested more places to visit Mumbai darshan and arranging cab for us....Well come back definitely

Shockingly dirty, neglected, and terrible service
I had an absolutely awful stay at this hotel. Please be warned: MakeMyTrip lists this as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it isn’t even worth half a star. Do not let the online rating fool you.
The Rooms: The room was incredibly dirty. The floorboards were broken, the paint was ripping off the walls, and my bedsheet literally had a hole in it. Even worse, they completely refused to clean or make the room for my second day, despite me asking multiple times.
The Property: The neglect starts right at the reception, where the walls are also peeling and ripped up. The bathrooms throughout smelled terrible.
The Service: The staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. I had to ask four times just to get basic drinking water. No one answers the reception phone, and if you go down to talk to them in person, they don't answer you properly.
This place is dirty, clumsy, and entirely mismanaged. Check other websites before booking, and definitely avoid booking this based on MakeMyTrip's rating!

The Comfortable Asar ❤️!!
A comfortable & affordable place ,Near to beach and juhu bus stand.
From the moment I have arrived,I was greeted with genuine warmth and thoughtful service.The entire team was courteous, attentive.The rooms were comfortable,well maintained and perfact for a relaxing stay.I have stayed here multiple times.check in check out process is quick. Special thanks to Mr.Ashu and their whole team members. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to!!

Pathetic
I wish there were a minus-1000-star rating for this property. This place was far worse than a cheap lodge.
The lift was extremely scary, and the lift landing area was even dirtier. While the rooms themselves were reasonably okay and the property does offer a beach view, the overall atmosphere of the place felt shady and uncomfortable.
Before travelling, I called the hotel at least 10 times to confirm whether it would be suitable for me to come with my family. I was repeatedly assured that it was one of the best properties. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. It was a pathetic and traumatic experience.
The room rate included breakfast, which consisted of poha, a boiled egg and a dry sandwich, yet it was presented as a "multicuisine" breakfast. The pictures of the property are extremely deceiving, and I genuinely do not understand how this place has received such good reviews.
The service was equally disappointing. We had requested an extra bed and a blanket, but even by 11 PM they had not been provided. Eventually, I had to go to the store myself, collect them and bring them to the room. That says everything about the level of service.
To make matters worse, we had to return to Chennai due to a family emergency. Despite the circumstances, the property refused to provide any refund. I feel completely cheated and intend to pursue the matter through the consumer forum once I am able to deal with the situation.
For context, I had originally booked an Asar Orion property in Santacruz. I was later informed that, due to maintenance, we were being shifted to this property. Neha had assured me that everything would be taken care of and that we would receive the best possible experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the exact opposite.
From the misleading photographs and poor hygiene to the frightening lift, inadequate service, disappointing breakfast and refusal to consider a genuine emergency, this property was an absolute nightmare.

Nice Location near beach
Had a wonderful stay at asar elite by orion ,rooms are specious ,neat and clean,breakfast is delicious but limited varities ,we have getting room on 6th floor with sea side view , the good thing the staff are amezing and well mannered .Beach and resturents is nearby distence. We would like to mentioned ASHU he is really doing well and manageing everything like a leader highly recommended place
