Vacation in Mumbai

I was very well received by the reception team. Very helpful. The quality of the room is really top. Very clean. I was able to leave the hotel at 12 o’clock which left me time in the morning without being rushed by the Check out.

It was good because of the reception staff (Hitesh) and house keeping staff

Hitesh at the reception was great with prompt response and nice customer dealing. The breakfast was not good at all. Especially for non-vegetarians. Some times fruits from the last day were served.rooms are good although the good room was given much later. House keeping staff is very nice. Timely cleaning and changing of sheets were done.
