Lovely and comfortable

Good property Front office staff are very helpfull. Vijayan, sachin, sajid, rohit are quite helpfull in their task.

Terrible

We stayed for 2 nights, but it was a mistake staying there. We got a club room thinking this would be good but it was dirty, the floor was marked, the rug was dusty. I asked for extra pillows which they gave, the housekeeping got pillows & gave us the pillow cases to put on. I wished I hadn’t seen the pillows as they had stains. The sink in the bathroom needs replacing. The bath wash container was empty, when asked to fill it , i was told that the hotel had run out.
Lastly the breakfast was a joke. My husband asked for toast, when this arrived it was burn on one side where they had scraped the burn bit & other side was uncooked.

Worst experience

This is the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Despite being informed of a genuine emergency, they refused to honor a cancellation request that was made four days before the scheduled check-in. They kept the full payment even though they were aware of the severe weather conditions affecting travel.
Their lack of understanding and customer support was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially when there are many better alternatives available that value their customers and handle such situations more fairly

Atmosphere is good
Location is little unexpected
Room are good if you are booking on app than direct, app cost are fully justifying the rooms not direct rates
Can say value for money only
Cleanliness is good
Staff at restaurant is really good

Skip the breakfast buffet. No cutlery, cold food, 1 fruit juice was always out. No coffee unless you ask for it and it tasted like powdered. I don’t like giving bad reviews and am mindful that folks do try, but this excuse for breakfast was really very poor.
