Damp Damp Damp

The rooms available do not reflect the projected style as per their website. There were no tea making facilities, there were no windows in the room. There was a smell of damp in the rooms which was confirmed by clothing that were hung up in the open style wardrobe were damp and had a strong musty smell. The bed was ok, however the sheets and duvet were damp due to lack of ventilation. An air-conditioning unit is in place, but makes no impression with regard to the damp. The rooms were separated by single ply plasterboard, and there was no privacy, conversations could be heard in the adjacent rooms!!
Due to the flimsy internal structure, noise was a problem at nighttime. The night porter would play music on radio/mobile phone throughout the night. I personally would not recommend this hotel due to its deteriorating infrastructure. The porters and housekeepers were polite, but still I would NEVER revisit this hotel in the future.

Not what we paid for

We were transferred here at 4.30 am due to our hotel being overbooked when we arrived!
Reception was quite rude.
We had no towels in room, my husband went back to reception to ask for internet and towels.
Was given towels, but apparently code for internet was not working. So we couldn't let family members know where we were! We're in our 60's.Was also told check out was at 12pm, we didn't get breakfast either?
The room was a nice room but the ceiling was water stained-not what we paid for at the hotel booked!

3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good.

There was no hot water in the morning on two occasions. Our room (301) was adjacent to the check-in desk, and there were young men making lots of noise every evening. There was also lots of noise coming from above our room every night. We saw a love bug in the room on the last morning we were there. The plug for the hair dryer was very loose, making it almost impossible to use. Upon checking in, we were offered NO information about breakfast — time or place.

Room was windowless, dark, damp and dingy. No air circulation whatsoever. Due to this, towels and bedding didn't feel clean when they might have been.
Breakfast, if added, was basic and served in a hotel next door. I had it once and decided to get breakfast elsewhere.
