Great stay - staff are amazing! Rooftop bar closed because of monsoon.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
A special mention must go to Abhishek from the bar, who was integral to the success of our stay. He was far more than an excellent bartender—he acted as a true guest liaison throughout our visit. Every drink was crafted with care and attention to detail, and he consistently took the time to ensure everything was perfect. He also became an invaluable local guide, offering recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it.
During a casual conversation, we mentioned that a few aspects of our stay had not quite met our expectations. Rather than simply acknowledging our comments, Abhishek proactively took it upon himself to speak with the management team, including Abhinav, the Sous Chef, and Khushal, the Assistant Manager, to ensure our concerns were addressed. That level of ownership and genuine care was greatly appreciated.
One of our biggest disappointments was discovering that the rooftop bar and pool were not operational due to the monsoon season. This had been one of the features we were most looking forward to enjoying. However, the team went above and beyond to make the experience special. They arranged for the rooftop area to be unpacked, prepared and opened for us, creating a memorable final day that far exceeded our expectations.
Abhinav was exceptional throughout our stay, particularly at breakfast. He was attentive, accommodating and even prepared bespoke dishes tailored to our preferences, which added a wonderful personal touch.
Khushal was equally outstanding. He was personable, attentive and always willing to help. The fact that he spoke Gujarati immediately put some members of our family at ease and allowed them to communicate much more comfortably, making the experience feel even more welcoming and personal.
Overall, every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely committed to delivering excellent hospitality.
Our only disappointment was the limited accessibility of the rooftop bar and pool due to the monsoon. While we fully appreciate that this was weather-related, it would have been helpful to have been informed in advance, as these facilities played a significant part in our decision to book the hotel. That said, the way the team responded and worked together to create such a memorable experience for us speaks volumes about the calibre of your staff.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to Abhishek, Abhinav, Khushal and the entire team. They are a credit to the hotel and turned what could have been a disappointment into a truly memorable stay.

Would recommend!
Hotel is very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful! The customer service could not be faulted. The only slight issue was noise from adjacent rooms but other than that I had a very comfortable stay!
