Horrible and too much Hotel

I dont even want to give 1 star for food but there is no negative option. We just had lunch in this pathetic place that they called as hotel palace plaza, food was very horrible and too much costly, quality was compromised, less quantity. We ordered 2280 rupees food . Guys dont go for food .

Horrible experience with Hotel staff behavior, Service & Amenities

Very dangerous and unethical/untrained hotel staff, very pathetic amenities & services, very bad experience in last 38 years of tourism. No hot water on time, Staff is so much rude during room service, dirty bathroom, very dusty mattress and big big thing was happened when we reached 2-3 hours early before check-in time and they clearly denied to allot a room temporary even that's empty what just needed for 30 minutes to get refresh where we noticed on reception multiple guest checked out front of me but staff rudely responded that will not give any room before check-in time even that's empty. Very bad experience i had in my life. Please avoid this hotel....RAJ

Attention Management.

We stayed in this hotel on 6th,7th & 8th January,2019.
This can be a excellent Hotel in excellent location with good staff but the management is not bothered about the upkeep of this hotel.
The lift was not set to stop at floor level so by coming out you suddenly take a dip and going in you many fall inside the Lift.
Secondly the AC of my Room No,204 had a Bath Room with a leaking Jet Hose resulting in water standing in the middle of the Bath Room.
The WC toilet was not clean.
No WiFi was provided in a A/C room.
I moved to a Non A/C Room.
This was slightly better and big but no WiFi here also.This was less costly.
Breakfast was very poor and Food not up to the Price.
People told me a better hotel later.
What is wrong with the Management?

Slum, needs to be razed and rebuilt

In over 25 years of travel, probably the worst.
I can write about all the different problems but others here already have.
Very simply, AVOID this place.
Dirty, lousy rooms, horrible bathrooms, dirty towels and linen, filthy restaurant, so dirty we skipped the free breakfast and paid to eat out...you get the picture?
I would not stay even if it was FREE.
so many options nearby.

Pathetic experience

Hotel staff is rude, they declined the request of hot water for bath.
Also, after making a booking, hotel calls to offer travel services. Do not take the service.the quality of vehicle and service quality of driver and manager is aweful.
