1 Night at Mysore

I stayed at Hotel Sunshine in Mysore in Oct’19. This was indeed a horrible experience. Firstly they charged us for breakfast, however they offered to serve only idli and puri bhaji in the room and said that they do not have buffet breakfast like most hotels. The room was pathetic with no ventilation and lighting. The bathroom door would screech every time we opened and rusted on the other side. The shower only dispensed moderately warm water in this cold weather. Most disappointing was their room service. You cant dial them from your room at any cost due to faulty intercom. The manager at the reception seemed very casual and lazy and the comfort of the guests hardly mattered to him. Their wifi was equally pathetic, unable to browse even 1 page using their network. The hotel is also very clpse to masjid and the prayers on the loudspeakers can be easily heard which affected my sleep early in the morning. Overall i felt cheated and disappointed as they charged me 1k for this room for a night that I stayed.

Nice experience

It was a nice experience being in this hotel...I stayed with my wife about 2 days and we found the hotel a nice one... Only problem is that it's a little bit away from the market hence you'll have to travel to restaurants every time you need

Very basic but clean and convenient

Large spacious room and bathroom. Hot water. Very nearby to palace and restaurants. Helpful staff. Private parking. If looking for budget and no frills highly recommend. Palace is 7 min (drive) away. Have room service if needed but sufficient restaurants nearby as well

Fab Hotel Property it is and not worth to stay

Like I said in my previous review of Fab Hotel Dawn Mysuru, I got shifted into this hotel when they let me know that Hotel Dawn is no longer a part of Fab franchisee. this hotel had pathetic rooms, small rooms, poor service and tasteless breakfast. the breakfast will come to your room and is limited per person.
it is very close to main area of Mysuru, and that is the only good point of this hotel but Mysuru is a small place so you can stay anywhere.
I have always stayed in 3 - 5 star properties and i was so, regretting the fact that i believed the images which they show on net and i got lured with the low price. i should have paid more and could have stayed in a better place.
