Excellent in every department

The Pride is like a little brother to the Prince. Not the same elegant entrance and foyer but both share the same facilities like the pool, the restaurant and bar. The staff treat you like royalty no matter which hotel you are staying in. It was the hotel staff that made our stay so enjoyable. Whilst I thank all the staff we came in contact with, special thanks go to Mahesh the concierge at the Pride, Nikil and Madesh waiters in the restaurant.

Clean and Tidy rooms, close proximity to major tourist attractions.

The best part of Sandesh Pride is its location. It is almost the center of the city and is at a 5-10 min drive from the Palace, Railway Station, Zoo and other tourist spots.
The rooms are decent sized. The staff are polite and friendly.
While they dont have a restaurant of their own, they serve breakfast and lunch/dinner in the adjacent Sandesh Prince property. The breakfast was decent with good choice.
However, the lunch was really bad, we tasted a couple of their starters and biriyani and eveything was bad...tasteless.

Good Location

Good Location, very helpful staff and very nice clean rooms. This hotel has a very nice breakfast and restaurant, has a few nice areas to eat also a very nice bar downstairs with some of the tables you sit in a car. Very close to the palace and some good restaurants.

A great place

Rooms are neat & clean.
The front office staff & travel desk staff are courteous & efficient.
The booking was done without any hassle.
There is ample space for parking your car.
Dining area at Sandesh the Prince ,which is under the same management & is in same compound has a good ambience. Guests of Sandesh Pride are directed to Sandesh the Prince for their meals.
We had 3 meals at the The Castle ,which is a multi-cusine restaurant.The food is tasty & the service is excellent.
The waiters spoil you with their attention.
The breakfast served on the Continental Plan had a good spread.Most of the items were very tasty & the rest were good.
As the hotel is centrally located ,it is well-known and places of interest are
easily accessible.
I would like to visit Mysuru more often just to stay at this hotel.
I request the management to maintain this standard for many many years to come.
