Lovely staff ❤️ love the open to sky ambiance. Mr Lokesh we’re very friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely evening. The food was good and had some good beverage options too.

Aweful SPA experience and terrible front office management and spa officials. Need a refund and apology in writing..

While the resort rooms and ambience are fine, the spa experience was pathetic!! We had family-friends from abroad and had booked foot massages. However, for foot massages, the masseur asked them to remove their underwear too and put them in discomfort!! This is wayy pathetic because they wondered if that is what is done for a foot massage!!
On confronting the front office, it seems like they are all involved in the whole thing, the male-receptionist, in spite of mentioning not to take the amount for one massage, still took it!! The spa representative took my number saying they will return the amount (that is the LEAST to be done, but NOTHING has been done so far!
It's a shame that such practices are followed in a resort like this and spoiling the name of India and our culture!! What are the consequences for such blunders?? Shame on the management if this is ignored!!

Not worth visiting

The resort is in need of major refurbishment. The service standard is very poor with not much positive response from management. Also l, it seems they do not expect any Hindi speaking guests. Upon enquiring why I could not see any Hindi programs on TV, I was told bluntly that they do not subscribe to any Hindi packages. No apologies, no effort to subscribe on a short term basis (we were staying 4 nights), just simply that we do not subscribe to Hindi packages.

Good Hospitality

Peaceful and good destination, good Hospitality . Good rooms. Delicious food. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. swimming pool well maintained. Adequate parking facilities. The ambience is very good and friendly.specially In O live Garden Restaurant Manager Mr Lokesh well active and highly work professional guy Ever seen in Hotel industry like a assets of property and differently recommend place for all friends and family
