03 night stay in this beautiful hotel

nice location with nice staff........We stayed here for 03 night with family including child. hotel staff is very nice and good behavior. Specially food was vey testy & hygienic. hotel location is on upper mall road, and they provide free service for pick up & drop for mall road. specially thanks to hotel owner Meena arora mem for her warm hospitality......I am giving 5 star rating for this budget hotel...

Nice budget hotel with excellent food.

Its a good hotel with the best food that i ever had in Nainital. It has nice view from top floors,specifically saying room 103 is the best. The staff was very friendly, waiter bhuvan went out of the way to help us.
They give free pick when you reach nainital and also free shuttle from mall road to the hotel every day(i mean what else do you need from a budget hotel).
Lady in the reception, i think she is the owner was very hospitable.

This is an average Hotel

A bit difficult to reach if you are with your family as it is on a hill top. Only an expert driver can drive on that narrow lane. Though Hotel provides you with pick and drop facility, but sometimes you have to wait for the vehicle to come. They call it Lake View, but only a little corner of the lake is visible, that to from the top floor rooms. Rooms are comfortable but linen needs to be more clean. Staff is Good. As per the price, Food provided is average.

Great Rooms with good food with best location

The hotel is at very beautiful location. Staffs are very helpful. Rooms are really really good. But we had just confusion regarding dinner. Our package was with dinner included. But when we asked dinner they said only veg dinner is free and non veg is chargeable, this things should have been cleared first. However second day the management provided non veg. The old mam who is handling there is very helpful. I am happy with overall service of hotel.

An average hotel

We went to Nainital and stayed at this hotel and on returning back from Almora, we stayed here too. An average hotel and polite staff behaviour. But the food is not up to the mark. The view from the hotel is wuite good. One part of the Naini Lake can be seen from the hotel.
