Worst experience

Terrible experience
Toilet was dirty
Water was gushing out of bathroom to the bedroom because of the broken tiles , the charging socket didn't had the protective cover
We booked for the balcony view but same was occupied by the hotel's towel for drying.
When complaint the same to the staff, they replied saying nothing can be done .
