EXCELLENT STAY
The hotel was excellent. Nice modern type room with well maintained neat and hygienic bathroom/toilet. Nice view of Nainital lake from the room balcony. Also well behaving and cooperative staff.
PROS:
1. Well maintained modern type room with nice lake view. Large double enough for two adults and two kids. Room was excellently neat and clean. Super clean linens and towels like in 5 star hotels. We have taken Non-AC lake view room. Room was spacious with small table, chairs, luggage rack, mini refrigerator, wardrobe, TV etc. (There was no fan in the room). Enough sockets, good mirror and nice lighting.
2. Well maintained bathroom. Clean and hygienic. Nice towels were provided. Basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, hand wash, moisturiser were provided (tooth brush and paste were not provided). Hot water was available 24 hours. Good modern type fittings, table top wash basin, nice and big mirrors and hair dryer was also provided.
3. Food and service was good but needs improvement. It was taking too much time for getting tea/omelette delivered during breakfast. Service boy was very humble and trying his best. Their restaurant is also very nice with lake view.
4. Location is near to Mall Road. They have got their own private parking space. May be 5 cars can park there. I drove myself with my car and got parking space. The road to the hotel is steep and narrow. Will be difficult for fresh driver to manage, but not impossible. There is a stair way from hotel to mall road. We can reach mall road by this way, will take around 5 minutes. But coming up will not be easy for old age people, around 90 to 100 steps from mall road to the hotel. We have used the stair way every time, one can use car also via road way.
5. Their staffs are also very well behaved and helpful. Thy will respond to any query or requirement quickly. During the last day, we have decided to extend our stay in Nainital, but room was not available there. When I enquire about hotel with parking with them, they were assured me parking if I don’t get hotel with parking. Later I got another hotel with parking space.
CONS:
Nothing big to mention.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. May provide fan in Non-AC Room
2. May arrange a paid car service for going down and up for aged people/those who can’t use the stairway.
3. Too much time was taking to deliver tea/small item like omelette during breakfast. Needs improvement.
OVERALL IT WAS A WONDERFUL STAY EXPERIENCE IN IMPERIAL GREEN. It was Rs. 6500/- per night (Including tax and breakfast) during June second week. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THOSE WHO VISIT NAINITAL.

hotel cleanliness & hotel full reviews
Extremely disappointed with my stay here. The cleanliness was sub-standard, and the bathroom was unhygienic. On top of that, the staff showed zero hospitality and ignored our requests. Absolutely not recommended. Terrible service and pathetic management. The photos shown online are completely different from reality. Save your money and book somewhere else. I would give it zero stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; there are better hotels there.

Disappointing Stay – Good Staff but Poor Overall Experience
Stayed here with my family for 2 days and booked suite room with balcony along with breakfast and dinner. This is a budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—not comparable to a 3-star or 4-star property.
Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations. The room was quite different from the pictures shown on Google and the hotel website. Although the room had a balcony, it was practically unusable because of frequent monkeys and langurs outside. Guests need to keep the sliding door locked at all times to avoid them entering the room.
Bathroom amenities were very limited (only hand wash and shower gel provided). Bath linen was not properly clean, the WC seat cover was broken, and both the bathroom and room cleanliness need improvement. Even the main door handle was in damaged condition.
Parking is also a challenge. The hotel has space for only around 4 cars, and reaching the property requires driving through a very narrow and congested lane after Mall Road (around 300 meters). If you are not comfortable driving in such conditions, it’s better to park at Mall Road and walk.
My strong suggestion: avoid taking the meal package with the room. Breakfast had only 4–5 basic items with no juice, cereals, or proper North Indian breakfast options. Dinner options were also limited, and overall food quality did not meet expectations.
One positive point: the staff were cooperative and helpful, especially one of the reception team members (I unfortunately forgot his name). He was supportive and available throughout our stay, which was appreciated.
Overall, the hotel may work only if someone is looking for a basic budget stay and keeps expectations realistic.

They took my money, then disappeared.
I booked this hotel on booking.com, and they sent me a message that I should pay up front. They provided all the details for payment, and we transferred accordingly.
Then they said they didn't receive the transfer, and now they disappeared on me. Not answering messages and phone calls.

Beyond believe with much potential of improvements
Low water pressure or no water at all was annoying and made the experience unpleasant. damaged faucetts in the bathroom hamperded usage.
No possibillities to pay with a credit card, cash expected.
Reluctant to prepare a bill to the customer before 10 a.m.
