Best hotel in nathdwara

Best hotel best rooms surrounding. All the staff are excellent amazing. Room were very clean. Pool is very nice. Peaceful property. Really highly recommended. We will definitely visit super soon. Really happy.

Worst Stay Ever | Cheater

I had a terrible experience at shivansh hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Hotel Staff Dinesh Chaudhary (on Reception) was very unprofessional and rude, uncooperative person. They cheated me by inflating the room rent, charged much more than what was originally agreed upon. When I questioned them about the additional charges, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
Also, Because for argument by this person I missed my morning darshan. He said I am not responsible for your luggage here go with luggage.
The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the lack of transparency made my stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend (specially with family) shivansh hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.
This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Review

Overall room was ok and comfortable . But breakfast not good .Hot water , ac available . Toilet was also good only would be better if would be given some toiletries. And it would be better if hotel staff could be more polite.

On 22nd July 2019 we did booking for Hotel Shivansh inn Nathdwara as they had great reviews and good rating. They offered me a room with 2 double-beds for which I gave them an advance of 1400/. ruppes advance. The hotel room was booked for the 5th and the 6th September. On 4th September Mumbai had heavy rains. Due to heavy rains the train going towards Nathdwara did not reach Borivali station which was our pick-up point and it got CANCELLED. The railway department cancelled our ticket and refunded our money. I called Hotel Shivansh inn Nathdwara on the 4th September at 02:00 pm stating as our train is cancelled we cannot come to Nathdwara so please cancel the booking and refund us the advance payment. The lady advised that they cannot refund the money. She also said that her manager has advised her to give us the message, we asked to speak with the higher authorities however she said that she cannot share their number as they are senior authorities. After Nathdwara I was going to Udaipur with my family. There was a booking done in Hotel Udai Palcae, hearing the train cancellation story they refunded me my funds. Hotel Shivansh Inn Nathdwara refused to return my advance, we asked them at least refund us partial advance. The staff informed us we cannot do the same. THIS IS A BAD EXAMPLE OF HOSPITALITY , THE HOTEL SHOULD REFUND US THE ADVANCE AMOUNT AS IT WAS NOT A CANCELLATION FROM OUR PART. THE TRAIN GOT CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY RAINS.
