The worst hotel in Bangalore

Very rude staff. They are not running a hotel. They have unhygienic rooms. They are running it like a PG. I wanted to help my friend with heavy luggage check out. They did not allow me to go inside. They did not even ask for extra person charges. Very very rude illiterate staff.

Of course as a hotelier we need to be strict with some of the visitor's entry restriction matter, which is harm to fellow guests, for us each and every guest's safety is main priority, to protect them from you kind of strange visitor we need to be bit strict with our visitors entry policy.
As a hotelier we can sense the person's purpose of trespass with invalid reason and we do not encourage that in our hotel, so next time if you are coming to visit any of our in-house guest come with the valid reason to enter our hotel.

Worst Hotel ever

Came with family and the staff do not speak English or Hindi very difficult to communicate nd staff not at all helpful. Room was dirty and not cleaned well. Bottle found under the bed and ask for food got wrong order. Not recommended and bed had bed bugs as well.

Not the Ritz, but great room and very nice staff

Read some of the reviews and felt they were unfair. Yes this hotel is up a little side street, and I would imagine that this area is probably classed among some of the poorer areas in Bangalore, however the people are sound and the staff in the hotel we're brill and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Chandru, the manager, spoke excellent English, and he and his team helped us change sterling to rupee at very good rates, booked us taxis, were really helpful in checking our onward travel, etc. If you want the Ritz then this is not it, but if you want great value for money, nice air conditioned rooms (Not all rooms are air con but it's up to you and what you pay as to whether you want air con), clean and comfy beds, and very friendly staff, then this is it. Also a really nice bar about 150 meters away called "Shaken and Stirred" which is great for drinks and nice food too. Thanks to the team for a great stay.

Back alley

The hotel is located at the back alley, with muddy pathway. Acessing the hotel with a car is a nightmare. Not an ideal location. The room is of a decent size. However, the bedsheets, pillow cases and towels are dirty. Even when we asked the pillow cases to be changed, they gave us ones which had stains on them. The bathroom floors are clean but the toilet bowl was stained and had a crack on it. The hotel does not even provide bottled water. It is quite basic with no kettle, iron or fridge. The cupboard was not in good working condition and was rather filthy. Hardly worth the 3 star rating it has.
