Not recommended due to staff behaviour & poor service

Positives -
1. The hotel is in good location
2. Room was good, well maintained & had 2 toilets
3. The veg food was good.
4. Mr Anil (General Manager) is very supportive and an excellent gentleman.
Negatives -
1. Some of the amenities in the room do not work for e.g freezer. The toilet tap was not not fixed inspite of complaints. The AC stopped working one night.
2. Service is not good for e.g inspite of multiple requests our hotel toiletries were not replenished. Even for some basic stuff like boiled potato, I had to call Mr Anil. The restaurant wouldn't entertrain the request or even take orders in the morning for lunch. Only after the GM Mr Anil intervened, the requests would be addressed, otherwise not.
3. The person at the reception was disgusting. He told me that those who book rooms at discounted rate should not book such hotels. Such audacity is unthinkable in hospitality industry.
4. The complimentary breakfast was pretty basic. The non veg items were not upto the mark, so we had only opted for veg items.

Good - Value for Money

This hotel is situated near to the KSR Railway station.
Also it is almost 18 km from Bangalore Airport.
Rooms - 5/5
Clean- 5/5
Breakfast Options - 3/5 (They need to improve about this to bring more customer)
Overall staff is polite.

The hotel staff and management has given very good Hospitality. Especially Mr. Mohit has given a very good service. and the breakfast and dinner was very nice. I suggest everyone who wants to stay Bangalore to take room from Vanusa residency

Very Pleasant stay with Vanusa Residency

I keep travelling different cities due to my nature of work but never experienced so warm customer treatment, entire staff is so cordial, very neat and clean rooms with all modern aminites, food is so yummy and service is prompt.
The owner (Mr. Bala) himself ensure the comfort of all customers, Young chap Manoj A is from Sales offer best price and all comfort.
Mr. Murthy , Mr. Anil take care atmost care for higine of kitchen and daily breakfast. I enjoyed a lot.
Front desk can arrange your Airport drop/pickup also, what more you need....and not expensive at all
