An excellent experience.

I have been travelling to Delhi very frequently and have been staying in different hotels. Since last few years I have stayed at Hotel Emarald. During my last visit I met Mr Virender Kumar who ttonhly Connaught Royale. And here I am.recomended this Hotel.
I liked the overall ambience. The rooms are well served with amenities like mini bar, tea maker, fridge toileteriies, hair dryer etc all.
The food is good. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
The staff is courteous and so sre the senior front officers. Mr Virender Kumar himself has been very efficient, accommodating and courteous.
Would definitely visit again.

Staff were great but the room was not clean. Bed sheet had stains, toilet not clean enough. Food was good.

Best hotel for Family

Very good hotel for family. Mansi helped us for best rate, essentials and relax staycation. This is last minute booking from us which made by her tension free. Food was nice and location is best.

Fairly good hotel.

This a small hotel in the lane connecting Bengali Market to Connaught place, near Minto bridge flyover, opposite hotel Lalit. It is a quiet lane. There is railway line behind the hotel but windows are sound proof.
The rooms are of fair size and well appointed. Rooms, bathroom and linen were clean. Most of the things were working.
The hotel has a small restaurant on the ground floor that serves buffet breakfast with reasonable choice and live counter for eggs, dosa, etc. Food quality and taste was good.
The service in general is ok and nothing to complain about.
By Delhi standards, hotel is good for couple of days stay.
