Terrible Manager
We had booked the entire hotel for our guests, since reviews earlier were good. But we had a Terrible experience with this place. Such inexperienced and careless managers at this place, they would charge the guests for amenities already paid for in advance. Ask guests staying at rooms to make any balance payment, without speaking to hosts who have booked the hotel. Be very uncooperative for guests coming in late. Overall extremely Terrible experience with this hotel. Will not recommend if making group bookings, there are many better hotels around this one.
