Great rooms and atmosphere with valley near the hotel. The hotel has a cafe which serves italian cusine. Mr. Hilal Block B incharge provided great service.

Fantastic place ...excellent hospitality. Mr. Irshad, GM, Mr. Maqbool, F & B and especially, Mr. Hilal, Block B in charge were perfect hosts to us. Mr. Hilal took a great care of us during our 03 days stay.

A Memorable Stay at Hotel Heevan, Pahalgam

My stay at Hotel Heevan, Pahalgam was truly memorable. The property itself is beautiful — the rooms are warm, comfortable and thoughtfully done, but what really steals your heart is the view. Waking up to the breathtaking mountains and the serene sound of the river flowing right in front of our room is something I will remember for a long time.
What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after.
A special mention to Shariefuddin, the Operations Manager, whose attention to detail and hospitality really stand out. Imtiyaz at the reception was always courteous, helpful and ready with a smile, making every interaction pleasant. In the restaurant, Amir Lone and Mushtaq ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we were always well taken care of. And Arif from housekeeping deserves appreciation for keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.
A big thumbs up to Café Wilo as well — the food there was simply outstanding. Compliments to Chef Abrar, whose dishes were absolutely delicious and added so much to the overall experience.
Beautiful property, stunning views, warm people, and fantastic food — Hotel Heevan in Pahalgam is a place I would happily return to. Highly recommended!

The best hotel in pahalgam

Stay and the service was excellent. View is to die for. All the staffs were very kind and welcoming. Overall an excellent experience.
