OK hotel not geared up for tourists

An ok hotel, food good and not too expensive, we were here as tourists and the hotel is really geared for business (although the internet is very slow). Roof top pool nice and gym well equipped. Room large but not restocked with essentials (toilet paper/tea/coffee) although water was restocked. Bar has a large menu of drinks but most are not available.

I had a truly unforgettable experience at Hotel Distrikt 9, Palakkad. The location is excellent—easily accessible, peaceful, and perfect for both relaxation and convenience.
The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with well-maintained rooms and great service. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help.
What made my visit extra special was the once-in-a-lifetime moment of meeting Superstar Rajinikanth, who happened to be there during the shoot of Jailer 2. His humble presence made the stay even more memorable.
It was a family picture with him.

The best Hotel in the locality with a good restaurant.

The hotel is decently maintained with courteous staff. The restaurants server nice food. It is placed on the highway and have ample parking space. Only problem faced was with the airconditioner, the can speed was too slow and hence it needs to be kept at high speed to get enough cooling in the room. They have scope to improve the utilities as the hotel was out of water for few hours during my stay. The cooling in common areas can also improved.

Warm and grateful

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thanks in large part to the remarkable service of Lobby Manager Jeena. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional every step of the way. Jeena took care of every detail with great care, ensuring I felt comfortable and valued throughout my visit. Her dedication to making guests feel at home truly stood out, and it made my experience unforgettable. I’m grateful for her warm hospitality and everything she did to make my trip so special.
