It was nice meet at hotel Sanai .
Good hospitality and prompt service.
Tasty and well prepared delicious veg and nonveg meal .
Spacious sitting arrangement in garden and near swimming pool.
Ample place for parking .

No hot water and customer is not happy!

This place is overpriced and no quality or even meeting basic needs of hot water. I was totally disappointed for paying high price for this low quality services. Staff was very rude when told about no hot water for bath or shower. We took showers with cold to warm water and the staff kept saying that this is there hot water. AC and other items in the room were ok but not worth paying this much amount per day. Very disappointing. I would avoid booking this place for fun unless you are stuck here due to an emergency.

Good Hotel in Wai - Panchgani Road

Location: On the way to Wai - Panchgani road. Can easily identified from main road.
Rooms: Rooms are big enough with all basic amenities. Tea / Coffee maker is not available in our room.
Food: Food was nice and served on time. Rates are very reasonable.
Staff: Hotel staff is very friendly and co-operative.
Elevator: Elevator is available in hotel and in working condition.
Overall: Good option to stay near Wai

Terrible hotel only positive is pool

Terrible hotel even bad is better. Rooms are of good size but with no amenities in bathroom and living room. Beds and mattresses are of average quality with no housekeeping and room service. If you wish to just sleep overnight then it’s ok but if you are looking for experience then please avoid. Only positive is pool where you can relax and have some value for your money. Waited for 1 hour but no one turned up for room service. Ideally they should handover it to professionals as location and space is good.

Average Residency

Stayed here for one night on way to Mahabaleshwar. Location is right on the way to Mahabaleshwar & Panchgani at the base of ghat section.
From the outer appearance the place looks extremely good & inviting. Inside is a different story due to poor service. Room allotted to me was on second floor & lift was not working. Being senior citizen found it extremely difficult to climb up & down.
Room was ok but lacking in cleanliness. AC functioning was not up to mark. TV was showing all channels. Lights in the room were inadequate. Towels need replacement.
On positive side found room service extremely good. Did not visit restaurant due to avoiding climbing down by steps. Service was very fast and dishes ok.
Plenty of space for parking with good security available. Hotel has a swimming pool but did not visit the same. Did not try Hotel WiFi.
Overall good for one night stay only.
